Just type help "Perk name here" 4 then player.removeperk to remove a perk or player.addperk to add a perk Look at the codes which say PERK on the left. Every perk (other than the 3X swift learner ranks) I picked on the first cycle I made sure was one from the list of perks that stick with you through the remake.
