I used to have a list which headstamps were perfect and which would require thinning at the neck and can't find it anymore. I never use anything that says 5.56 or .223 on the headstamp as blackout. The guy actually implied they were hard enough to possibly cause damage to a normal firing pin, but that seems like quite a stretch.
