It is wise to start around 50% of your max (feel free to increase the weight as long as the bar is moving fast). The goal is to the move the bar as fast as possible. WebSunday is the dynamic effort bench press day where they lift lighter weights as explosively as possible and Wednesday is the max effort bench press day where they max out on a special exercise for the bench press.
