WebSkills that I'd say are a must for a solo Roland are Quick Charge and Stat. Aid station also helped a great deal when I needed to take quick cover and allow for my shields to recharge. I only had one point into supply drop and the only time my ammo wasn't maxed was during extended periods so easy that I forgot to call my turret.
